My niece and I were on our way to Chicago when our tire pressure warning came on. It was pouring rain, and changing a tire on I-94 was not something I was looking forward to. We found our way to Dean's. They were amazing! The lady behind the counter was so friendly. The guys in the back were also very nice. They found the metal piece in my tire, fixed it, and only charged us $30. We were so grateful. It was refreshing to go to a car place where the sales people were friendly, and did not pressure us into services we did not need. I love Dean's Tire Pros. Places and service like this deserve the best. Thank you!

Had work done to my son's car when he came home for Thanks Giving from college. Nothing like seeing your son and the first thing out of his mouth is, "I think my car has a problem." when he has a 4 hour drive back to the dorm in 4 days. Thanks Chuck! Your the best!
Chuck is a great guy to work with. He kept me informed with timely updates the entire time he had my vehicle. Even though it took a little longer than expected due to the nature of the mechanical issue, he provided a loaner car for a very surprisingly low rate. It saved my wife and I a lot of headaches since we only had one other car. I have an older Jeep and I know that things can get weird when a vehicle has over 175k miles, be he fixed it! Chuck even had me drive it for a while before I paid to make sure I was happy with the job. Respect bud!
Excellent customer service from Chuck & Lisa. I brought my car in for a coolant leak, and they took care of my problem right away. Fixed right & in a timely manner. Will definitely be back!!
