Deans is the best place in town for tires as well as other repairs. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very professional. Dean is a hands on owner and they always deliver top notch service! Highly recommend!

I have been using Deans for several years now. Oil changes, tires installation, brakes and repair work. They always do a great job and take good care of my vehicles. To me the price is fair for the work I receive. Brands serviced for me are BMW, Volvo and Toyota. They can always get parts quickly when required, even on European models.

Brian ROCKS! Also, the guy that worked on my car was super considerate! When he brought me my car back he made sure make it was known that all the windows were down, because I had my dog with me. Anyone who thinks of my dog first, is awesome in my book! Love Deans!

Had a great experience at Dean's. My husband got a flat and called Dean's. He spoke with Kevin, who was extremely friendly and accommodating. My husband dropped off the tire and it was ready in less than an hour! We will definitely check Dean's out for new tires when we are ready to purchase.

Always great, as usual. When my alternator decided to blow up my battery, I towed the suv there, and they ran me and my child to her school, where I stayed for a few hours until they finished my vehicle. If my husband wasn’t off work by that time, they have picked me up as well. Great service, great people, competitive prices.

Was driving from Chesterton on way home 40 miles away and my tire light came on. Pressure showed 13lbs. I had a pump in the car so I pumped tire up and took it here right around closing time today. They were super friendly and took my car in right away. Put it up on the rack. Removed wheels and found the problem. It was a loose valve seat. They fixed it and didn’t charge me a dime. I got a flat and they had it fixed within 20 min. That might be a record. I would definitely recommend this place for your tire needs.

I just had alignment done on all four tires an now my car rides nice. the man at the counter was very nice and professional, also they got the work done in good time with a fair price. I will be going back to this shop.

Brian is a savior. My exhaust pipe came off and was dragging behind me on my road trip. Stopped at 2 mechanics near by who were busy before coming to Dean’s. I was taken care of by Brian who very fairly suggested it’ll take until end of day due to parts. Since I had to get going to reach my destination he gave a temporary fix and got me going.

Great Service We picked up a nail in our tire today and they had us in and out within 30 minutes. Friendly and courteous service!

Very pleasant experience at Dean’s. I was quoted a price for front brakes. I also needed calipers making it a little pricey, but I knew the brakes were bad. They gave me a loaner to use and called me when my car was ready. On return, I was informed there was a 10%coupon I could use and they didn’t have the correct calipers for my car. They had to purchase them somewhere else where they were $25 cheaper than the ones Deans uses. My bill was $125 cheaper than my original quote . 10⭐️. Great waiting area too if u choose to wait

I walked in without an appointment with a slow leak in one tire and wonky pressure in the other 3. They were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes! I ran over a nail, and thankfully it wasn't in the sidewall so they were able to plug it quickly and get me back on the road. Friendly service and reasonable price for the repair completed. So thankful they were able to accommodate! Will return for other repairs!

I was driving to Cleveland from Chicago and noticed my air pressure light came on after I refilled my air in Chicago. It was bitterly cold so I figured I'd stop off the highway and ensure everything was ok. It turns out, I had a nail in the tire! The team at Dean's was so fast and accommodating, I was back on the road in less than an hour. Nothing beats safety and reliability! Thank you Deans!

I went to this shop with what i thought was a wheel bearing problem on a 2500 ram. They diagnosed the problem as a bearing in the rear differential. I was towing a camper 600 miles from home and the parts were not available for 7 days and i could not wait. I made it home and they were right with the diagnosis. Recommended....

I have a serious disinterest in vehicles. So I am grateful to have a place where I can just take them and turn them over to people I trust to take care of them.
